Korean Chilli Pork Spare Ribs

Prep Time : 15 mins Cook Time : 35 mins Serves : 4-6 Ingredients 2kg pork spare ribs, cut into 5cm pieces4 spring onions, sliced, to serve1 tbs toasted sesame seeds & fresh coriander, to servesteamed rice, to serve Marinade1 tsp finely grated ginger2 cloves garlic, finely grated3 tbs gochujang2 tbs tomato paste¼ cup honey¼ cup light soy sauce2 tbs rice wine vinegar1 tbs sesame oil½ tsp salt Method Whisk together all ingredients for the marinade in a large bowl.
